British Columbia

British Columbia (BC) is the westernmost province in Canada, bordered by the rugged and spectacular Pacific coast to the west and on the northwest by the U.S. state

of Alaska, directly north by the Yukon and Northwest Territories, Alberta to the east, and by the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana to the south. It is here that Industrial Scaffold Services has operations throughout the province of BC. Our head office is now located in Nanaimo after being situated in Crofton for the last 25 years. Our major areas of service in BC are Port Alberni, Crofton, Victoria, Vancouver, Kamloops, Cranbrook, Prince George, MacKenzie, Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, and Fort Nelson. Fort St. John is home to our northern office where we are able to offer competitive with above average service to Northern British Columbia.


Cariboo

The Cariboo Development Region of British Columbia encompasses to regional districts. They are Fraser-Fort George and Cariboo. The Fraser-Fort George covers approximately 52,000 square kilometers in central and eastern British Columbia and offers a never-ending medley of magnificent landscapes. This area of Britsh Columbia includes the municipalities of MacKenzie, McBride, Prince George and Valemount. Geographically, the South Cariboo is found in south central British Columbia nestled on the Fraser Plateau between the heights of the Coastal and Rocky mountain ranges. The Fraser River cuts through the middle of this rolling plateau dividing the Cariboo from the wilds of the Chilcotin. To the south is the lower, drier hills of the Thompson-Okanagan, and to the north is the central Cariboo, extending into the vast forests of Northern BC. The region includes four incorporated member municipalities including 100 Mile House, Quesnel, Wells and Williams Lake.

100 Mile House

100 Mile House is the main service centre for the South Cariboo region. It is here that the local forestry industry utilizes the services of Industrial Scaffold Services.

MacKenzie

For larger than life adventures, Mackenzie is the ideal location. Mackenzie lies at the southern end of Williston Lake, the largest man-made reservoir in British Columbia. Mackenzie is a recreational hub with natural and recreational trail systems in place that increase accessibility to the area’s outdoor recreation potential. McBride

McBride has towering mountains outline the horizon with snow-capped peaks throughout the fall, winter, and early spring. The area's varied terrain ensures incredible hiking, camping, and bird watching during warmer months and cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in winter. Prince George

Prince George is the largest city in Northern British Columbia, and it is located centrally in the province. Here you'll find the amenities of a larger city along with instant access to picturesque wilderness and outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, golf and camping. It is here that Industrial Scaffold Services has provided their expertise to several different industries, ranging from the pulp and paper, chemical and forestry.

Quesnel

Quesnel is located at the confluence of the Fraser and Quesnel rivers in the heartland of beautiful British Columbia. The employees at Industrial Scaffold have several years of experience in the pulp and paper industry in and around Quesnel.

Valemount

Valemount is surrounded by the Rocky, Monashee, and Cariboo mountain ranges, and a short drive to Mount Robson Provincial Park. This highway location and close proximity to the park translates into easy travel and access to incredible outdoor activities. These include hiking, bird watching, camping, fishing, whitewater rafting, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. It is here that the local forestry industry utilizes the services of Industrial Scaffold Services.

Williams Lake

Williams Lake is located in a sheltered valley of the vast Interior Plateau of central British Columbia. Situated on the north shore of a lake of the same name, and surrounded by tree-clad, trail-laced hillsides. The local construction and forestry industries have been customers of Industrial Scaffold Services.


Kootenays

The Kootenays are a pristine region of rivers, lakes, waterfalls, beaches, mineral hot springs, alpine meadows and snow-capped mountains. Four of British Columbia's seven national parks are located here, and wildlife flourishes. During the winter, the region is home to some of the continent's finest powder. In the spring of 2013, Industrial Scaffold expanded its operations into this area of the province. Industrial Scaffold now services Castlegar, Cranbrook, Creston, and all surrounding communities from its satellite office and laydown yard in Trail.

Castlegar

Castlegar can be found at the confluence of the Kootenay and Columbia Rivers in the southwestern corner of the Kootenay Rockies. The employees at Industrial Scaffold have several years experience in working at the local pulp and paper mill.

Cranbrook

Cranbrook is situated in the middle of the broad Rocky Mountain Trench, Cranbrook boasts more sunshine than anywhere else in British Columbia. It is here that Industrial Scaffold has established itself in the local pulp and paper industry.

Creston

On a rolling benchland above the Kootenay River in the Creston Valley, Creston can be found. Much of the valley floor is reclaimed marshland which contains some of the most fertile farming land in the province. This is where Industrial Scaffold has done some work for the railway industry.

Trail

Trail is located on the Columbia River in the West Kootenay region of British Columbia. This is the current location of Industrial Scaffold's satellite office and laydown yard. From here Industrial Scaffold services the local industries including the hydroelectric sector.

North Coast

The North Coast is a Development District of British Columbia. It comprises of 2 Regional Districts, Skeena-Queen Charlotte and Kitimat-Stikine. The Skeena-Queen Charlotte Regional District is a partnership of four electoral areas and five municipalities that provide local government services to 20,000 residents living on the North Coast of British Columbia and Haida Gwaii, within the traditional territories of the Tsimshian and Haida First Nations. The Kitimat-Stikine provides local government services to an area of 100,000km² in northwestern British Columbia. Member municipalities are Kitimat, Terrace, Prince Rupert, Stewart, Hazelton and New Hazelton.

Kitimat

Kitimat is located on the Pacific Inland Coast, nestled amongst the magnificent, snow-capped coastal mountains at the end of the Douglas Channel. With the current Rio Tinto Alcan - Kitimat Modernization Project (KMP) currently underway, Industrial Scaffold Services L.P. was invited to join the project and are now a local scaffolding and environmental containment company.

Prince Rupert

Prince Rupert is located in the traditional territory of the Tsimshian Nation. Industrial Scaffold Services L.P. is currently offering their scaffolding and environmental containment services to the marine and construction industries.

Terrace

Terrace is the regional business center for the area. It is strategically placed at the geographical center of Northwest BC. Terrace is located within the broad Skeena River Valley. Industrial Scaffold Services L.P. is currently supplying scaffolding and environmental containment to the construction industry.


Northeast BC

The North East is a Development District of British Columbia. It comprises of 2 Regional Districts, Peace River and Northern Rockies. The Peace River Reginal District is south of the 58th parallel and east of the Rocky Mountains to the Alberta border. Its boundaries encompass approximately twelve million hectares (46,000 square miles). The population resides in Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, Hudson's Hope, Pouce Coupe, Taylor, Tumbler Ridge and their surrounding communities. The Northern Rockies Regional District is a place where you can travel and relax in leisure along the Alaska Highway or venture off into the peaks and valleys of the vast back country of the Rockies. 

Chetwynd

Chetwynd is located in the foothills of the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains. It is British Columbia’s entrance to the mighty Peace River Country. It is here that Industrial Scaffold Services has a satilite office and laydown yard. From here the local mining, forestry, pulp and paper and oil and gas industries utilize the services of Industrial Scaffold.

Dawson Creek

Dawson Creek is found at Mile"0" of the world famous Alaska Highway. It is here that Industrial Scaffold's services are used in by forestry, construction, osb, and oil and gas industries.

Fort Nelson

Fort Nelson is nestled in a wilderness oasis of Northern British Columbia. Industrial Scaffold Services L.P. is currently supplying scaffolding and environmental containment to the oil and gas industry.

Fort St. John

Fort St. John is British Columbia's oldest interior community. It is here the office and laydown yard for Industrial Scaffold's northern operations is located. From here Industrial Scaffold services all types of industries with their with scaffolding and environmental containment, ranging from pulp and paper, mining, hydroelectric, commercial construction and oil and gas.

Hudson's Hope

Hudson’s Hope is the third oldest European community in British Columbia. The area is also one of the richest sites of fossils and dinosaur footprints in the world. Hudson's Hope is the home to 2 hydroelectric dams that utilize the services of Industrial Scaffold. The local oil and gas industry and hydroelectric industry utilizes the services of Industrial Scaffold.

Pouce Coupe

The Village of Pouce Coupe is located in a valley in the north east corner of British Columbia. It is here that the oil and gas industry uses the services of Industrial Scaffold.

Taylor

Taylor is the fastest growing community in the Peace River Region. It is also home to Spectra Energy (McMahon Plant), Canfor Taylor Pulp, Alta Gas Liquids and Taylor Dunage & Lath and, a new oriented strand board plant whom all use the services of Industrial Scaffold Services.

Tumbler Ridge

Tumbler Ridge is a modest community set in breathtaking scenery, with a unique culture stemming from its dynamic past. The local mining and oil and gas industry is serviced by Industrial Scaffold.


Sunshine Coast 

The Sunshine Coast in southwest British Columbia, extends 177 km (110 mi) along the Strait of Georgia from Howe Sound to Desolation Sound. In this west coast geography of deep sea inlets, coastal bays and inter-connected lakes. For several years Industrial Scaffold has been servicing the pulp and paper industry and sponsoring local events in Gibsons, Sechelt, Port Mellon and Powell River.

Gibsons

Gibsons is located at the south end of the Sunshine Coast, and is a quaint town of artists and fishing boats. It is here that Industrial Scaffold services the south end of the Sunshine Coast.

Sechelt

Sechelt is nestled between the open waters of the Georgia Strait and the calm waters of Sechelt Inlet. The local construction industry makes use of Industrial Scaffold's equipment.

Port Mellon

Port Mellon is a small village on the southern tip of the Sunshine Coast. The local pulp and paper industry is the biggest employer of the area and utilizes the services of Industrial Scaffold.

Powell River

Powell River is where endless green mountains meet sheltered Pacific Ocean waters. It is here that Industrial Scaffold's expertise and knowledge are used by the pulp and paper industry.


Thompson Okanagan

Kamloops

Kamloops is Canada's Tournament Capital, Kamloops is the premier host centre for tournaments, cultural events, high performance training camps, and national and international competitions. Industrial Scaffold's satellite office and laydown yard service the entire Thompson Okanagan from here. Kelowna

Penticton

Penticton is located in the south-central region of British Columbia, in an area known collectively as the Okanagan Valley. With over 2100 hours of sunshine, and only 15 inches or rain annually, the area has a comfortable climate year round. Princeton

Princeton is situated at the forks of the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers at an elevation of 650 metres (2,100 feet). Port Alberni
